Birdon’s New Orleans Technical Hub is a specialised engineering and integration centre supporting major U.S. maritime programs, including the U.S. Coast Guard’s Waterways Commerce Cutter initiative.
Established in 2023, the hub brings together naval architects, engineers, and technicians who deliver advanced design, C5I systems integration, structural analysis, configuration management, and full lifecycle sustainment.
Located near key Gulf Coast shipyards and Coast Guard facilities, the team enables rapid coordination, close collaboration, and innovation in prototyping including experimental craft development for the U.S. Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, strengthening Birdon’s U.S. capability across defence, commercial, and throughlife maritime solutions.
