As part of Birdon Futures, the Birdon Apprenticeship Program provides a direct pathway into skilled trades, combining structured learning with hands-on experience in a real operational environment.
Apprentices work alongside experienced teams across maritime, manufacturing and engineering projects, building practical capability while contributing to the delivery of complex, real-world outcomes.
The 2-year program is designed to support long-term career development, equipping individuals with the skills, experience and foundations needed to grow within the business.
