Program Overview

Birdon’s Australian Apprenticeship Program provides a direct pathway into skilled trades, combining structured training with hands-on experience in a real operational environment.

Delivered in partnership with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), apprentices work toward nationally recognised trade qualifications while gaining practical experience across maritime, manufacturing and engineering projects.

Apprentices work alongside experienced teams, building real capability while contributing to the delivery of complex, real-world outcomes. The program is designed to support long-term career development, equipping individuals with the skills, experience and foundations needed to grow within the business.

Birdon is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace, encouraging participation from people of all backgrounds and valuing diversity across our workforce.
